You data privacy is extremely important to us.

This application does not collect any personal information that you have not directly allowed it access to or purposefully given it. Such information may be stored at kindid.net but is not shared with any 3rd party.

This application will only access you tablet, phone, computer or wearables devices (camrea, location, microphone etc) or files (photos, music, contacts etc) with your express consent as provided by your operating system (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux etc)

Information will be shared with kindid.net if you have elected to use our online services.

No data shared between yourself and kindid.co.uk or kindid.net will be shared with any third party except government and judicial organisations where a conforming warrant is received by kindid.co.uk.

Where oversight is required (e.g. for safeguarding) it may be necessary for *you* to allow your employer or agency access to shared data. This is beyond the scope of this agreement.

The use of a kindid.net account (optional) to instigate any criminal activity will result in an immediate suspension and the information will be forwarded to any relevant authority.

This application and it's data sharing agreements are regulated under English and Scottish law.
